A small practice located in North West – Mayo, its principle, Padraic McIntyre is a building surveyor having qualified in building surveying with a B.Sc. Honours Degree from Liverpool’s John Moores University in the UK.

Padraic is also a registered building surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors in accordance with the Building Control Act 2007, registration number B0393.

Experienced in the management, coordination and delivery of projects from feasibility inception stage through to project delivery. Padraic’s working knowledge of planning, fire safety certificates, disability access applications, building regulation compliance, including design, tender and contract administration, which is further exemplified through his Building Regulatory Qualification with Corks Institute of Technology.

Diligent and a strong focus, on attention to detail with experience in working with and developing business operational standards to ISO 9001 Quality System, 14001 Environmental Management + ISO 18001 Health and Safety.
