With 20 years’ experience in the Building Surveying Profession, McIntyre Building Services (PMCIBS), offer a comprehensive range of property and building solutions for both business and individuals. Our services extend from architectural designs | planning permissions | building regulation compliance | construction stage tendering to on site management to property condition and building defect analysis. The business continues to grow, based on key service deliverables and preferred client base, where our services are tailored to meet our clients’ requirements aligned to our Quality Management Policy.
We are registered Building Surveyors with the Society of Chartered Surveyors and provide complete building services from planning permission and design, technical building regulatory advise, project management through to comprehensive building survey inspections and reporting.
